High ethylene gas producers: Bananas, avocados, tomatoes, mangos, potatoes, stone fruits (peaches, nectarines, apricots) pome fruits (apples, pears, quince)

Ethylene-sensitive produce: Potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, corn, greens, green beans, cucumbers, cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli)
